Looking at a fight through elements of character, setting, plot, voice, intent, and tone, Bowen uses examples from current popular novels and draws on his experience to show what makes a fight punch off the page and fit perfectly within the scope of your story. We’ll cover fisticuffs to falchions, katanas to kickboxing, and slaps to sucker punches. Plus, you’ll get a chance to hit some stuff yourself!
